How do I subscribe?

Getting started with English Online is easy. Use our secure online payment platform to select your subscription plan and create your account. Online payment is enabled through Stripe. Most credit cards are accepted. Browse plans and pricing

When will my subscription start?

You will receive immediate access to English Online when you create your account. Depending on your subscription plan, your first payment will either be taken straight away, or seven days after you have registered (if you have chosen a "7 day trial").

What if I don’t know my English level?

You will be asked to select your English level when you create your account. But don't worry, if you are not sure of your English level, you can take a free level check when you log into your English Online student account.

How long does it take to complete a level?

English Online offers complete flexibility for you to study as much as you want. This means that you decide how long it takes to complete a level - it’s up to you. On average our students take 2-3 classes a week at times that work best for them.

Once you have activated your English Online account, the English Online Student Support team will be happy to help with any account or subscription related issues. Simply login to English Online, and navigate to the Help section for instructions and contact details for the English Online Student Support team.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The English Online Student Support team will be happy to help with any account or subscription related issues. Login to English Online and navigate to the Help section for instructions and contact details for the English Online Student Support team.

Your cancellation will take effect within seventy two (72) hours from receipt of your cancellation notice. We recommend you get in touch at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel near the end of your billing period and are inadvertently charged for the next period’s fee, please contact the English Online Student Support team to have the charged reverse.

You will not be charged for any future payments. Your account will expire at the end of your billing month. You will not be able to book or attend classes after the expiration date of your subscription. Any classes booked to take place after the expiration date will be automatically cancelled. Read our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details (see Part 4).
