What teachers, materials and certificates are available?

What kind of English is taught?

We use modern British English. English Online offers themes ranging from workplace to everyday English. English Online is designed for adult students who have an English level of Pre-intermediate or above.

Does English Online offer certificates?

Yes, you can request certificates of achievement.

Who will be my teacher?

All our teachers are highly qualified and experienced British Council English teaching professionals. Our teachers are experienced in working with students from many different countries, and are highly trained in modern teaching methodologies.

You can see who your teacher will be when you book your classes online. You can even read their profiles and get to know them a little before attending your live class.

Will I always have the same teacher?

If you prefer a certain teacher you can simply choose to only book classes with them.

It is pedagogically interesting to have different teachers who have different pronunciation and speak different dialects of English. This exposure to different accents is essential in a world where English is spoken by millions of people from different countries. We think that this is the best way for our students to be better prepared to deal with real life situations. All our teachers are highly qualified, undergo continuous professional development and are experts in English – many of our students tell us that they like to meet as many of them as they can.
